We currently ship within the United States only, primarily from our California facility.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tubscottagecheese.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right (replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion).
